This year, Ryohorikawa produced a special microlot for us. This particular lot has been processed using the natural process and so is bursting with tropical fruit flavours.
The Ryohorikawa co-operative was formed in 2012. It’s made up of a group of smallholder coffee farmers who wanted to build their own washing station and help take control of steps in the coffee value chain. Today, there are around 345 members, of which a third are female.
