This coffee is named after Obler Martinez, a coffee farmer who’s a member of the Esquipulas co-operative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
A sweet and balanced Microlot with toasty notes of red apple, almond and milk chocolate.
This mountainous region has the perfect combination of altitude, climate and shade for growing high-quality coffee. Obler has a tremendous deal of experience of growing coffee, having done it for over 25 years. His coffee is pulped on the same day that it’s picked which is followed by a closely-monitored fermenting and sun-drying stage. Obler’s attention to detail makes this coffee incredibly special, and you’ll be able to taste the skill in the cup!
