This is a very sweet and fruity coffee with a juicy acidity upfront and a honey sweetness. Notes of fresh ripe blueberries, a hint of citrus, kiwi fruit and a cane sugar finish.
Dohorerabarimyi means ‘to relieve the producers burden’. This co-operative was
founded in 2010 by local smallholders with a goal to produce speciality coffee which would increase their income and create a sustainable future. In 2013 they built their own washing station and now in 2019 the co-operative consists of 860 members (685 men and 175 women).
