A sweet, clean and complex coffee with notes of orange, ripe fig and a chocolate wafer finish.
Los Anonos, named after the Anonos tropical fruit native to Costa Rica, is carefully culivated by Don Marvin Rodriguez. As some neighbouring farms suffer from heavy rains and disease, Los Anonos glistens with pristine health. Marvin replaces coffee trees every 10 years to ensure productivity and quality remain exemplary. His coffee trees are shaded from the sun by intercropping with mature avocado trees which require little pruning so cover is consistent throughout the season.
