This Microlot is very fruity with notes of pomegranate, citrus notes like clementine, and fragrant black tea on the finish. We could drink this coffee all day long.
Kabuye is one of four coffee washing stations used by members of the Abahuzamugambi Ba Kawa Co-operative in Maraba, Rwanda. The coffee washing station has given farmers an opportunity to process their cherries centrally and implement strict quality control protocols.
Currently, around 450 coffee farmers deliver their cherries to Kabuye. This year we have selected coffee from this washing station for its outstanding quality and wonderful citrus flavour.
