This coffee is tingling and complex. With a mouth-watering orange acidity upfront, followed by notes of tangerine and a hint of redcurrant. All giving way to a sweet, lingering toffee finish
Kabuye is one of four coffee washing stations used by members of the Abahuzamugambi Ba Kawa Co-operative in Maraba, Rwanda. The coffee washing station has given farmers an opportunity to process their cherries centrally and implement strict quality control protocols.
Currently, around 450 coffee farmers deliver their cherries to Kabuye. This year we have selected coffee from this washing station for its outstanding quality and wonderful citrus flavour.
