Our Summer seasonal blend comes from two neighbouring countries in South America: the first coffee lot comes from Mariela’s farm near the village of El Sauce where she farms 4.000 coffee trees with her husband and two sons. The second lot is from Huadquina in Peru where producers follow an ancient Inca tradition of 'Anyi' which means 'to share tasks, cooperation, solidarity'.
Best brewed as an espresso it starts with a fruity first sip reminiscent of candied orange, followed by an intense 80% dark chocolate flavour and finishing on a lingering caramelised peanut note. Just as sweet and fruity in milk, look for the taste of marmalade on toast, roasted almond flakes and tiramisu.
