Leopoldo is a fifth generation coffee farmer and we have been working with him and his family since 2011. El Ausol is one of three farms owned by Leopoldo, and sits at the top of the mountains in Juayua with its sister farm, El Topacio. The processing of the coffee cherries happens at the third farm, El Diamante at the bottom of the mountains.
