This distinctive coffee is produced by an all female cooperative in Colombia. It has a sophisticated profile with a soft lemon toddy-like acidity, orange zest mid palate and delicate floral notes on the back end.
AMPACS (Asociación de Mujeres Productoras Agropecuarias del Carmen Sotará )translating to "The Carmen Sotará Association of Women Agricultural Producers''. A new relationship, the association consists of 31 families of coffee growing women producing high quality coffee. The organisation started three years ago and has helped the women to grow as entrepreneurs. Their coffee parcels are located above 1750 Masl. washed and sundried in the municipality of Sotará.
