The Union coffees in your CoffeeClub pack are all Quality-score 84+… i.e. amongst the top 2% of coffee in the world. (Our "Fine & Rare" coffees, which you can add, all score over 86 and are often a lot higher!)Get started
The four flavour profiles of coffee
The more you get into coffee, the more interesting and subtle flavours you'll taste - from redcurrants to cherry cola! So, it can be useful to think of the four main flavour profiles below, which are found to a greater or lesser extent in every coffee.
Your CoffeeClub comes with a quick chart scoring each coffee against these profiles… it's up to you to discern what other subtleties you can taste.
